John is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in the States of Ohio and West Virginia.  John is the second generation of Hadley's to join our funeral home.  He is serving on the State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors for the State of Ohio.  His term runs from 1995 to 2000.  John is married to the former Barbara Lois Bonar of Harrisville, WV and has three children, John Robert "Rob" Hadley, Jamie L. Hadley, and Lois V. Hadley.  John is also a licensed insurance agent in the States of Ohio and West Virginia.

He is in the Masonic Bodies and is on the Divan of Nemesis Temple Parkersburg, WV and Director in 1999 of the Royal Order of Jesters Court #156, Parkersburg, WV.  John is a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, B.P.O.Elks #477, Loyal Order of Moose #1823 and Fraternal Order of Eagles #458, all of Marietta, OH.   He enjoys golf and collecting old funeral coaches and ambulances.
