4.  If my death occurred tomorrow, what could I expect my funeral to cost?

  • No idea
  • Under $1500
  • Between $1500 and $3000
  • Between $3000 and $4500
  • Between $4500 and $6000
  • Between $6000 and $7500
  • over $7500

5.  If my death occurred tomorrow, What would I regret most about my final arrangements?

  • The emotional burden it would place on my survivors
  • No one would know what I wanted for myself or for my loved ones
  • The financial strain it would cause my survivors
  • The possibility of emotional overspending
  • The potential for the disagreements among my survivors over what to do
  • That I had not taken care of these arrangements myself ahead of time
